Based on your chosen frequency, we'll send a simple check-in email to you. You can set this schedule on your Account page.

3. Click to Confirm

Simply click the secure link in the email. This lets our system know you're still around, and we'll reset the clock for your next check-in.

4. Automatic Delivery

If you miss a check-in, we'll send weekly reminders. If all reminders are missed, we automatically send your scheduled emails.
